2015 Update

The 1st quarter has been extremely busy at the Wyndham Ka 'Eo Kai - Homeowner Updates

Wyndham Ka `Eo Kai. The renovation of Wyndham Ka`Eo Kai was substantially completed on April 17th, 2015. This included all units on property. The renovation included installation of upscale cabinetry, gorgeous granite, all-new appliances, attractive wood grain tile, upgraded showers, bathrooms, and luxurious furniture and carpeting. While modernized, the units have not lost their Hawaiian charm or the warmth of home.

Updates- Ka 'Eo Kai 2011 - 2

2011 Update

We are excited to announce the completion of Ka 'Eo Kai - Homeowner Updates

our interior renovations for 32 units; buildings 1 through 7 for Phase II and buildings 25 through 30 for Phase III. November 2011 ended our last unit of renovations and our owners had many joyous comments about our new units! We would like to express our appreciation to our owners and guests for their support during the construction on property.

During 2010 and 2011, Wyndham Ka `Eo Kai resort has seen constant activity as upgrades in all areas of the resort were underway. Carpentry repairs to all of our stairways and lanais were completed before the exterior of all 36 guest buildings, and our clubhouse were painted. Phase 2 buildings, our clubhouse, and the pool cabana all received new roofs (Phase 3 roof did not need to be replaced now, but are scheduled for 2012).

Many exterior projects were also completed. New landscaping on the resort included the removal of seven Scheflerra trees between the resort entrance and clubhouse and planting of ten new dwarf coconut trees, and two bottle brush trees in their place. Tree trimming was also completed throughout the resort. New gutters and downspouts were installed. Inviting our guests and owners is our new monument sign at the entry, which will be lit by tiki torches at night.

The pool in Phase 2 also received a complete makeover. The bottom of the pool was resurfaced, the old deck completely removed and replaced and the entire pool area was re-landscaped to brighten the area. New pool furniture, umbrellas and the addition of BBQ grills at both of our pools have also been popular additions. The Phase 3 pool deck looks wonderful as it has been extended four feet accented by a lava rock wall. Our tennis court is scheduled to be resurfaced in January 2011. Look for upgraded wireless internet service in 2011 also.

Upcoming Projects:
Wood repairs to lanai decks and stairwells and installation of lighting will continue. New gutters and downspouts will be installed to the clubhouse, roof and flashing repairs to the Phase 3 buildings and resurfacing of the Phase III pool. Your board of directors met in November to reassess the cost of the interior renovation project and have decided to renovate 18 units in 2012 leaving a remainder of 35 units to be reassessed for the next four years.

Highlights:
Your resort became a Non-Smoking resort this year and your board and Wyndham continue to work on additional Green Initiatives for Wyndham Ka Eo Kai and our environment.
